Berlin, 2.2.2023 – omni:us, a leading provider of AI-powered end-2-end insurance claims management automation solutions, has announced a series of changes to its leadership team to drive the next stages of its growth strategy.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Sofie Quidenus-Wahlforss takes up the newly-created position of Executive Chairwoman, whilst current Chief Product Officer Thomas Hauschild takes over as CEO. Together they will continue to drive the success of omni:us as market leader in end-2-end insurance claim automation with its AIaaS (Artificial Intelligence-as-a-Service) automation offering: the omni:us ‘Digital Claims Adjuster’, which allows insurers to seamlessly integrate end-to-end claims automation with existing legacy and core claim management systems.

In November, omni:us announced it had secured €12m in Series A+ funding, with leading German insurer Württembergische Versicherung joining existing investors.

“Following our latest fundraising, omni:us is entering an exciting new phase in our development, and we are extremely well positioned for growth,” said Ms Quidenus-Wahlforss. “I am delighted that Thomas, with his deep insurance technology expertise, will drive the day-to-day operational side of our business and help increase our insurer footprint in the European and UK markets.”

“Sofie has been an inspirational leader of omni:us, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to succeed her as CEO,” said Mr. Hauschild. “We have been working hard to create the very best AI-powered technology in the market to enable the insurance industry to automate the claims process from first-notice-of-loss to final payment. I look forward to working closely with Sofie in the coming years as we strive to be the partner of choice for insurance carriers who want to use digital technology to transform their claim operations.”
