BERLIN, 24 November 2020 – The omni:us management team is pleased to announce a new addition to the omni:us Executive Advisory board: Guido Merz, an experienced entrepreneur and manager with a decorated career in consulting and financial services, will join the board in December.

Skilled in business planning and development, strategy, change management, and organizational design, Guido is the co-founder of Wroomer, a large car financing platform. He is also a partner at Acclivitas, a boutique executive search firm, where he focuses on top level head-hunting for the insurance and banking industries. Before that, he was a partner at Oliver Wyman Financial Services and held various senior positions at Roland Berger and AT Kearney.

As a trusted advisor to leading insurance companies across the German-speaking region (DACH), he will lend to omni:us a deep market understanding and profound insight which will help boost brand profile across the insurance sector.

Mr. Merz holds a Diplom-Kaufmann/European Master’s focused on European Management Studies from EAP European School of Management, Paris-Oxford-Berlin (today ESCP Europe).
