The Executive Advisory Board is the advisory body of omni:us. The Board is committed to developing omni:us’ interests by providing expert insight on subjects relating to the company business and insurance market penetration. It provides the omni:us leadership with a reliable source of industry advice, executive support, and product feedback.

Antonio DeRossi

Mr. Derossi, with 20+ years of experience in various roles across insurance, consulting, and venture capital, functions as a key advisor on go-to-market and product optimization strategies for the North American and European insurance markets.

Derossi was born in Trieste, Italy. He holds a Laurea degree in physics from Trieste University, and an advanced degree in electromagnetic sciences from Roma University.

Derossi has worked as the insurance-focused managing partner at Propeller, a venture and advisory firm based in San Francisco and has previously served as COO of Allianz owned subsidary Fireman’s Fund and as COO of Allianz CEEMA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa), where he was responsible for IT, operations, claims, and strategic direction. Before that, he worked at McKinsey and Accenture.

Guido Merz

Guido Merz

Skilled in business planning and development, strategy, change management, and organizational design, Guido is the co-founder of Wroomer, a large car financing platform. He is also a partner at Acclivitas, a boutique executive search firm, where he focuses on top level head-hunting for the insurance and banking industries. Before that, he was a partner at Oliver Wyman Financial Services and held various senior positions at Roland Berger and AT Kearney.

As a trusted advisor to leading insurance companies across the German-speaking region (DACH), he will lend to omni:us a deep market understanding and profound insight which will help boost brand profile across the insurance sector.

Mr. Merz holds a Diplom-Kaufmann/European Master’s focused on European Management Studies from EAP European School of Management, Paris-Oxford-Berlin (today ESCP Europe).
