Stephan was prior VP of Property Claims at Solera and brings extensive product management experience with over 10 years in the global P&C insurance industry.
Stephan Schnitzler is a business value-driven product strategist and leader who will drive product vision, strategy and roadmap. He will lead omni:us’ product department to elevate product market fit and reach new levels of scalability.
The appointment further strengthens omni:us’ leadership team, as it continues to be well-positioned to deliver industry innovation through their automation-first Digital Claims Adjuster platform.

As VP Property Claims at Solera, Stephan oversaw product management for a global portfolio of property claims solutions. Beyond driving vision, strategy and monetization, he enabled business in new markets like Australia, South Africa and Japan and set up industry collaborations with technology and data partners. He is a strong advocate for innovation in the insurance claims industry and has lead product-first organizations across all growth stages.
